Greeted as soon as we walked in the door! Were seated quickly and server, Madie, was fantastic. The Vegas roll was delicious, as was the Salmon Rangoon and the Fire Breathing Dragon. Service was efficient and timely. We will return!

We have always enjoyed Tsunami, but when we had Chris as our waiter, it was the best. He told us he was new, a little overwhelmed, but he kept his composure, served our food perfectly, and we just loved him. Always an enjoyable experience! Thanks all. I know you're working very hard.

We ordered take out from Tsunami last night. The person who answered the phone- I didn't catch his name- was extremely helpful in answering questions about menu items and allergens. We ordered the Samurai roll, the Jenny Roll, and the PD roll. Although it was the simplest, my favorite was the Samurai roll. My husband really enjoyed the PD roll. All of the rolls were tasty, but there wasn't a "wow factor" to these rolls. Maybe I've been spoiled by living on the west coast. The prices were also kind of high- but we are landlocked. We'll definitely return to Tsunami and try new things!

You know how they say don't go to the grocery store when you're hungry? I'm going to add "don't place your sushi order when you're starving" to that category. For just two people, we ordered: a shrimp tempura roll, a spicy tuna roll, a Da Hec roll, a BTC roll, a dragon roll, and an order of gyoza. Don't judge me, like I said we were so hungry and everything sounded so good. Also I lied to make it sound a little better, we actually ordered two shrimp tempura rolls because they are my favorite. Well, our gluttony paid off. Everything was DELICIOUS! The BTC roll was a little different than normal sushi and I don't think I would order it again, but my husband liked it. Everything else was fresh, creamy, flavorful, and satisfying, down to the sushi rice itself. We were both surprised that the star was the vegetarian Da Hec roll - nothing wrong with anything else but that roll was simply amazing. I think we were lucky enough to eat the creamiest, most delicious avocado that has ever existed. I will be ordering that roll every single time we eat here. $10 for a vegetarian roll might make you hesitate but it is packed full of amazing ingredients and flavor. And it's a good size. Even the pork gyoza was delicious; we agreed they are better than the typical dumplings you'd get from most Asian restaurants. They tasted savory but also fresh light. The cherry on top was they are offering curbside pickup so you don't even need to leave your car to get your food. I'm still too nervous to eat in restaurants, even with patios, so I appreciate places that are offering this service, especially in the hot summer. If you're looking for a local business to support I highly recommend Tsunami. The service was excellent and the sushi was beyond amazing. I'm ready to get it again next weekend... maybe I'll show a little more restraint this time though.
